CATHERINE "CATHY" QUENDACK

Catherine 'Cathy' Quendack passed away peacefully at her home in Toronto on June 22, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on September 10, 1930, in Ipoh, Malaysia, she pursued a nursing career, eventually settling in Canada where she worked at St. Michael's and Michael Garron Hospitals until her retirement. Cathy was predeceased by her husband, Morris, as well as her parents and siblings. She is survived by her nephews, John Noel Subramaniam and Louis Goh, her niece, Margaret Subramaniam, niece and nephew-in-law, Susan and Scott Quendack, great-nieces and nephews, and many friends. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Parish on July 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., followed by interment at St. John's Norway Cemetery.
