BRUCE ROGER BEDNALL VIVIAN

Bruce Roger Bednall Vivian passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 93, at home, surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his son, Jason Glen Vivian. Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Carol Ann; his daughters, Christy Vivian Lihou and Lisa Vivian; his grandchildren, Ryan and Kathryn Lihou; his sister, Diane Ryan; and his beloved pet, Birdie. Bruce grew up in Toronto, earned his CMA through night school, and enjoyed a career in banking. A lifelong skier, he was the youngest ski patroller in Collingwood, taught with the Toronto Ski Club, and spent many years cottaging in Hidden Valley, Huntsville. He will be remembered as a warm, resourceful man who loved his family deeply. The family thanks the staff at North York General Hospital for their excellent care. A private cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Pine Hills Funeral Centre on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 2–4 p.m., with speeches at 3 p.m.
