Bessie Spanos
The family of Bessie Spanos announces her passing on September 21, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on January 29, 1938, Bessie is fondly remembered by her spouse Demetre, her children Roula (Jim) and Helen (Loui), and her grandchildren Chris, George, and James. Bessie’s warmth and thoughtfulness touched the lives of many, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendrier Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A burial will occur at the Calendrier St. Philip's Anglican Churchyard Cemetery from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
