Berardino Porretta

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Berardino Porretta, who departed this life on September 10, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on April 21, 1940, Berardino was a cherished husband to Anna Ornella and a devoted father to his children, Sandra (Ben), Patricia (Danny), and Steven (Natasha). He was a loving grandfather to Stephanie (Dan), Daniel, Alana, and Matthew. Berardino is also survived by his brother Antonio (Graziella) and predeceased by his sister Giovanna (late Antonio). Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, located at 211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6. Family and friends are invited to send flowers and condolences in memory of Berardino, whose warmth and thoughtfulness will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
