Anastasis Vlachos

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Anastasis Vlachos of Toronto, Ontario. Born on February 5, 1933, Anastasis passed away on October 13, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Georgia Vlachos, and their children, Alexandra (Bill), Helen, and Bill (Jennifer). He was also cherished by his grandchildren, Peter, Steve, Kristina, Samantha, and Matthew. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel, located at 8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 1 Brookhaven Dr, North York, ON M6M4N6. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anastasis's memory to the Canadian Cancer Foundation.
