Abilio Da Silva

The family announces the passing of Abilio Da Silva on September 29, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on December 28, 1942, Abilio was a cherished husband to Gracinda and a devoted father to his children, Belmira (Carlos) and Joe (Celia). He was a proud grandfather to Jason, Brian, Connor, and Tayler. Abilio's life was filled with meaningful relationships and joyful moments that will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Vescio Funeral Home's Toronto Chapel, located at 2080 Dufferin St, York, ON. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's of the Angels Church, 1481 Dufferin St, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
