Ronald Charette Jr.

Ronald Charette Jr. of Timmins, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 53. Born on December 31, 1972, he was a beloved member of his family and community. Ronald is predeceased by his parents, Ronald and Lorraine Charette, and his brother-in-law, Greg Hart. He is survived by his wife, Melanie Charette, and their children, Patricia Charette and Leo Ronald Charette (Alexa Gagnon). Ronald is also survived by his siblings: Nicole Chartrand (George), Luc Legault (Nancy), Jacques Legault, Adrienne Legault-Hart (Luc Sergerie), Jean-Paul Legault (Josée), and Caroline McGreevy (Kirk). He leaves behind his parents-in-law, Gerald and Pauline Leclerc, along with his siblings-in-law, Sandra Leclerc (Remi Goulet) and Pascal Leclerc (Manon Laflèche), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will take place on September 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral and Cremation Centre. A funeral service will be held on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by burial at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Donations in Ronald's memory may be made to the Timmins Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
