Rodney Chayka

Rodney Chayka of Timmins, Ontario, passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on April 12, 1970, Rodney shared his life with family, friends, and the community. He was predeceased by his father, Raymond, and his nephew, Devan. Rodney is survived by his mother, Monique Chayka; his brother, Jason (Michelle); and his nieces and nephews, Kayleb (Mel), Mikaela, Ozzy (Tanna), and Jade. He is also remembered by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre, located at 150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2C2. Donations in Rodney's memory to the Timmins Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
