Patricia Dawkins

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Dawkins, who departed this life on September 24, 2026, at the age of 94. Patricia is remembered fondly by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her life. She was predeceased by her daughter, Pauline Chartrand; daughter-in-law, Monica Chartrand; her parents, Pearl and Treffley Bélanger; and her siblings, Omer, Leo Belanger, Evelyn Vezina, Marilda Paradis, and Helen Olexon. Patricia is survived by her husband, Guy Dawkins, and her children: Sue (Pat Garrett), Joanne (Earl Lebrun), Paulette (Guy Doiron), Rosanne (Roger Desgagnes), and André (Pauline Chartrand). She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM in the chapel. A reception will follow at 1:00 PM. The family requests that donations be made to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation.
