Claudette Beauvais
Claudette Beauvais of Timmins, Ontario, born on March 4, 1941, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by her children, Carole and Gaëtan, her parents, Josephat and Noëlla Lessard, and her siblings, Normand and Simone Desjardins (Ronald). Claudette is survived by her children, Monique Ricard (Marcel), Ginette Bélair (John), and Guy Beauvais, along with her grandchildren, Alain Ricard, Lou-Anne Ricard, Jonathan Bélair (Mélanie), Stéphanie Bélair (Dan Ray), Brad Beauvais (Renée), and Riley Kolisnyk. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Hunter, Brooke, Elliana, Leighla, Shea, Jordan, Zacharie, Kingston, Emery, and Ellie-Mae, as well as her siblings, Gisèle Faubert (late René), Gilbert (June), Rachelle Lamarche (Emile), Rhéal (Carmen), Estelle Giguère (André), Lucie Whissell (Claude), Lucille Thériault (André), Yvon (Nicole), Francine, and Michel. Visitation will take place on September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral and Cremation Centre. A funeral service will follow at St. Joseph Parish at 12:00 PM, with a reception at the Lessard Reception Centre at 1:00 PM. Burial will occur at Cimetière de Val Gagné at 3:30 PM. The family requests that remembrance donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
