Patricia I. (Jenson) Medai, a resident of Tillsonburg, Ontario, was born on October 30, 1938 and died on August 15, 2026, at the age of 87. She was predeceased by her parents William and Flossie Jenson, her husband James "Jim" Medai Sr., her daughter Cynthia, her siblings Georgina Jenson, Bernice Fardella and Shirley Vanderhoeck, her niece Joyce McMurchy, and her sisters‑in‑law Dorothy Bossence, Helen Peterson and Virginia Danko. Survivors include her children Liz (Al Clark) of Straffordville, Christine (Ron Nutbrown) of Burford, Stephanie (Greg Lounsbury) of Tillsonburg and James "Jim" Medai Jr. (Jackie) of Tillsonburg; great‑great‑grandchildren AnnMarie McKenzie (Clay R. Carroll), Nathen Crooker and Derek Clark; sister‑in‑law Lillian Biro; and numerous grandchildren and great‑grandchildren listed by name, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes‑Burial And, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, ON. A funeral Mass took place on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 51 Venison St. W, Tillsonburg, ON, followed by a reception at the parish hall at 12:00 p.m. Memorial contributions were invited.
