Michael was predeceased by his parents, Stanley (Yvette Boothby) and Michael, and his sister Marjorie Smith. He is survived by his daughters, Michele Saran and Andrea Boothby-Gysling (Philipp); his grandsons, Tristan and Gabriel Gysling; and his brother, Richard Boothby.
