Lewis Stephen Boughner

Lewis Stephen Boughner of Tillsonburg, Ontario, passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on August 20, 1936, Lewis was a beloved husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Blanche; children Gary (Liz), Loree (Rick), Kathy (Tom), and David (Renee); and nine great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Doy Boughner, and is also remembered by his parents-in-law, Eugene and Clara Hobgood, as well as his siblings Jack, Alice, Dorothy, Eilene, Frances, and Mary Beth, and sisters-in-law Lesley Hobgood and Doreen Boughner.
