Katharine Mary Farkas

Katharine Mary Farkas of Tillsonburg, Ontario, died on August 22, 2026, at the age of 58. She was born on July 31, 1968. Katharine was predeceased by her father, John, and is survived by her mother, Mary Farkas; her sister, Pamela Bristow, and brother‑in‑law Kevin; her daughter, Natasha Farkas; her grandchildren, Aurora, Roman and Ellie Tremblay; her nephew, Braxton Bristow; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3T6. A graveside service will follow at 12:15 p.m. at Tillsonburg Cemetery, 191 Simcoe Street, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3T6. Memorial contributions may be directed to Diabetes Canada, the Kidney Foundation, the Humane Society, or the Canadian Mental Health Association, as preferred by the family.
