Roy Albert DeGiacomo

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roy Albert DeGiacomo of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who departed this life on September 16, 2026, at the age of 83. Roy was born on January 17, 1943. He was predeceased by his parents, John Giacomo and Flo De Giacomo, his brother Jack (Louise), and his grandson Ethan. Roy is survived by his beloved wife, Rose Anne (Kvokacka), and their sons, John (Anne-Marie) and David (Catherine). He leaves behind a legacy of love through his grandchildren, Jonathon (Ashleigh), Brenden (Alanah), Nolan (Brianne), Griffin, Blake, and Emerson, as well as his great-grandchildren, Millie, Lennie, and Abigail, and his granddaughter Anne. He is also survived by his sister Mary Lou Warren (Tom) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Urology Department through the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation.
