Rick Mercuri

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Rick Mercuri of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who departed this life on October 16, 2026, at the age of 59. Rick is survived by family members and friends who will remember him for the meaningful connections he fostered throughout his life. Visitation took place on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Everest Funeral Chapel, located at 299 Waverley St, Thunder Bay, ON P7B5Z7, where a prayer service was held at 7:00 PM. A funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's RC Church, situated at 123 Hilldale Road, Thunder Bay, ON P7B5E3. Following the service, a reception was held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DaVinci Centre, located at 340 Waterloo St S, Thunder Bay, ON P7E6H9. The family requests that donations be made to the Northwestern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre for a PET scan machine.
