Pierce Thompson

Pierce Thompson was born on January 17, 2001, and died on August 6, 2026, at the age of 25. He was predeceased by his sister Adia Achneepineskum and by several aunts and uncles: Melissa Thompson, Priscilla Thompson, Brenda Baxter, Bruce Thompson, and Brian Thompson. He is survived by his parents, Glen and Bobbi Jo Achneepineskum; his siblings, Diamond, Precious-Melissa, Sylis and Daniel Thompson; his grandparents, Beverly Thompson, Peter MacDonald, Gordon Baxter and Maria Baxter; his aunt Loretta Thompson (James Laduke); his cousins Jacob, Arianna, Averil, Jameson Laduke, Kennedy, Dominic Hardy and Bryn Thompson; his niece Aniyah Shingebis; and his pets Violet, Basil and Mitties, as well by other relatives and friends. A viewing was held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., both at Jenkens Funeral Home, 226 Syndicate Avenue South, Thunder Bay, Ontario.
