Noella Prieston

Noella Prieston of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 82. She was born on November 7, 1943. Predeceased by her parents, Elery and Orelie Myers, her husband Floyd, her siblings Emery Myers and Margaret Paquette (David), and her brother‑in‑law Jack Kajorinne, she is survived by her son Darren, daughter‑in‑law Bawnie, grandchildren Jonathon and Bailey (Mark), and sisters Orella Kajorinne, Joyce Dziver (Terry) and Linda Woychesin (Leonard), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 664 Red River Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 1H8, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. the same day. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by a reception from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the same location. Those wishing to honor her memory may make donations to the Corpus Christi Church Maintenance Fund in lieu of flowers.
