Lee David Fedorchuk of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 58. He was predeceased by his mother, Diane Fedorchuk, and his grandparents, Bill and Elizabeth Johnson of Winnipeg and Michael and Helen Fedorchuk of Jupiter, Florida. He is survived by his father, David Fedorchuk (Marge) of Thunder Bay; his daughter, Brooke-Lyn Fedorchuk of Surrey; and his friend, Jimmy Fraser of Thunder Bay.
