It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry Alex Moskotaywenene of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who departed this life on October 17, 2026, at the age of 52. Jerry is survived by his children, Nathan (Danielle), Jerry Riley (JR), and Siobquin, as well as his grandchildren, Leah, Carissa, and Benjamin. He is also remembered by his siblings, Cheryl and Billy, and his many nieces and nephews, including Sherrie, Cherish, Jayden, Lupa, Obie, Wiikada, Biitabin, Avery, Aliyah, Gabriel, Michael, Jonah, Rebekah, Emily, Joy, Roberta, Noah, and Shawna. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Billy Moskotaywenene, and his siblings, Roberta, Josephine, Randy, and Neebin. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, both at the Harbourview Funeral Centre located at 499 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4R9.
