Helen Merle Hey

Helen Merle Hey, of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on July 9, 1938, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Helen is survived by her husband, Alfred, and their children: Sandra Hey-Stokes (Bill), Wendy Turnbull, Jayne Marier (Reil), Wayne, and Kenneth. She also leaves behind her grandson, Kevin Marier (Shayla). Helen was predeceased by her parents, Helen and Norman McGregor, and her sister, Loretta Thompson. Her family and friends will cherish the memories they created together and the joy she brought into their lives. Helen's legacy will continue to provide comfort to all who knew her.
