Edwin Harvey Kivi

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edwin Harvey Kivi of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who departed this life on August 22, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on February 7, 1939, in Kakabeka Falls, Ontario, Edwin is remembered fondly by family, friends, and acquaintances for his warmth and thoughtfulness. He is survived by his children, Eric Kivi (Niki) and Marlene Koskineimi (Richard), along with his grandchildren, Charlie Kivi (Anneliese), Michelle Kivi (Richard), and Mariah Koskineimi, as well as his great-grandchild, Lilah Kivi. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Hilldale Lutheran Church, located at 321 Hilldale Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7A 8A2. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hilldale Lutheran Church, the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
