Daniel Patrick Lacey

The family of Daniel Patrick Lacey of Thunder Bay, Ontario, announces his passing on August 30, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on February 6, 1948, Daniel is fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Marie (Goyette), his wife Ruth, and several siblings and nieces, including Eleanor Isaacs, Lorne (Willy), Maureen Doughty (Bill), and others. Daniel is survived by his daughters, Sherri-Lynn and Donna Blackwell (Travis), along with grandsons Matthew (Daniela), Gavin, and Brayden, and great-grandchildren Braelynn, Tyler, and Sherri-Lynn Barron (Allen). A funeral service will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Army Navy Air Force Veterans Club, located at 900 Syndicate Ave S, Thunder Bay, ON P7E4S4.
