Betty Florene Luther

Betty Florene Luther, a resident of Thunder Bay, Ontario, died on July 27, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born on December 16, 1933, in Fort Frances, Ontario. Betty was predeceased by her husband Laverne Michael Luther, her son Douglas, and her sisters Hazel (Bob) and June (Jack). She is survived by her children Cathee Edwards (Geoff), Martin (Edie), Paul (Sandi) and Cheryl Simmons (Doug); her grandchildren Kim (Mike), Thomas (Lauren), Annie (Tom), Daniel (Megan), Alex (Thamiraa), Caitlin (Jeff), Taylor, Connor (Michelle) and Graydon (Ashley); her siblings Lorna (Bill) and Wilfred (Jackie); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army in lieu of flowers.
