Ray Creighton

Ray Creighton passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026, at the age of 90. He is reunited with his loving wife of 44 years, Joan, who predeceased him in 2001. Ray will be deeply missed by his children, Wayne and his wife Valerie, Cathy and her husband Joe Shillington, and Lori and her husband Jim King, as well as his grandchildren, David, Brian, Allison, Kellie, Julie, and Leah, and his great-granddaughter, Raelyn. He is also survived by his brother, Alan, and sisters, Elaine Servos and her husband Glen, and Betty Totten. Ray was predeceased by his brothers, Ted and Dennis. After dedicating 37 years to John Deere Welland Works, Ray retired and enjoyed various hobbies, including curling, golf, fishing, and woodworking. He particularly cherished his yearly fishing trips with his brothers. A cremation has taken place, and friends and family are invited to a casual visitation at Pleasantview Funeral Home on July 31, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation if desired.
