MaryAnn MENDELLA

MaryAnn Mendella passed away on June 12, 2026, surrounded by those she loved. She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Murray Paul Mendella, and their three children: Kimberly Ann, Vanessa Lynn, and Matthew Warren. She was a cherished grandmother to Vera, Nora, and Bastian. MaryAnn was the fifth of eight children and is lovingly remembered by her siblings, Lillian Yakielashek, Wasyl Boyko, Lena Hagen, and Michael Boyko. She was predeceased by her parents, Stephan and Mary Boyko, her brother, John Boyko, her sisters, Rose Ward and Angeline Boyko, and her brothers-in-law, Ernest Atamanchuk and Joachim Hagen. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. at Pleasantview Funeral Home, followed by an inurnment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to McNally House Hospice may be made in memory of MaryAnn.
