Margaret (née Buchmaier) DOPPELHOFER

Margaret (née Buchmaier) DOPPELHOFER passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 91. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred (better known as Fred) for 70 years of marriage. Margaret was a devoted mother to Sue (the late Uli) Weiprecht, Rick (Colleen), and Karen (Toby) Sammutt. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jake, Cadence, Rylee, and Trista, and is now reunited with her grandchildren Molly and Luke. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Johann and Brigitta (née Dissauer), and her siblings, Hans, Peter, Bert, Brigitte, Luis, and Siegfried. She will be fondly remembered by her brother Hermann and many nieces and nephews in Austria and Australia. A service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at Pleasantview Funeral Home on April 30 at 11:00 a.m., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
