Joan Marie Carter (nee Fish) passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred (2019), and by her parents, Stanley and Mary (nee Hall). A private family service was held at the HAINE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold, with interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold.
