George Marshall

The family announces the passing of George Marshall of Thorold, Ontario, on September 8, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on July 1, 1946, in Hamilton, Ontario, George was cherished by family and friends throughout his life. He is predeceased by his mother, Mary. George is survived by his wife, Sylvia; his son, George Jr. (Sarah); his granddaughter, Maddison Dearlove-Marshall (Tyler); his brother, Dan (Mary); his sisters, Mary Catherine and Peggy; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Addario, Patti (Jerry), Mary Jane (Mike), and Lori Lynn (Ian); and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Pleasantview Funeral Home, located at 2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold, ON L0S1E6. Family and friends are invited to send flowers or light a candle in his memory.
