Bonnie Louise Bailey-Bartel

Bonnie Louise Bailey-Bartel of Thorold, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 82. She is survived by her beloved husband, Ben Bartel, and her children, Corrina, Bobbi (Denis), Pam (Chris), and Chris (Alanda). Bonnie was a cherished grandmother to Lisa (Aaron), Thomas (Robin), Sarah (Zachary), Eric (Nikki), Kayla, Hannah, Adam, Mitchell, and Scarlett. She is also remembered fondly by her two sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pleasantview Funeral Home, located at 2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold, ON. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SickKids Foundation or the Humane Society in Bonnie's memory.
