Ann Huizenga

Ann Huizenga, a resident of Thorold, Ontario, was born on March 11, 1934, and passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred Huizenga, and her grandchildren, Abigail Huizenga, Everett, and Luca Segger (late Savannah Segger). Ann is survived by her children, Tildy Sportel (George), Rita Segger (Alfred), Jacqueline Luinstra (Sam), and Jack Huizenga (Patricia), along with her grandchildren, Eric, Carrie, Michael Sportel, Rhianne, Zachary Segger (Chelsea), Pete, Stephanie Luinstra, Benjamin, and Jonathan Huizenga (late Katlyn Sportel). Visitation will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Immanuel United Reformed Church, located at 2900 Fourth Ave, Lincoln, ON L0R1S0. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Heritage Christian School, Jordan Station.
