Patricia "Patty" (Ferguson) Boughner

Patricia 'Patty' Boughner passed away on August 7, 2026, at the age of 80. She was the beloved wife of the late Montie Boughner and is survived by her children, Todd Boughner and his wife Shannon, and Nicole Kirk and her husband Trevor. Patty was the cherished grandmother of Aaron Kirk, Alyssa Kirk, Devon Boughner, and Dawson Boughner, and the loving great-grandmother of Everly and Chloe. She is also survived by her brother Frank and his wife Sandra, and sisters-in-law Pat Bruno and her husband Paul, and Diane Ferguson. Patty was predeceased by her siblings Stan Ferguson, John Ferguson, Mary Rawson, and Keith Ferguson, as well as her in-laws Betty Herman and Floyd Boughner, and her nephew Jim Ferguson. Born on November 18, 1945, in St. Thomas, Patty was the daughter of the late Robert James and Jessie Mae Ferguson. A memorial service will be held at Williams Funeral Home in St. Thomas on August 14 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place, and a private interment of ashes will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or Breast Cancer Research.
