Lynda Diane SAVAGE

Lynda Diane Savage, of Valleyview Home, St. Thomas, and long-time resident of Blenheim, passed peacefully on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the age of 76. She was the beloved wife of 49 years to John Richard Savage. Lynda was the dearly loved stepmother of John Savage and his wife Cindy, and Denise Juck and her husband Chris. She was the cherished grandmother of Corey and Aaron Juck, and Madison and Chloe Savage. Lynda was the dear sister of Janet Satchell. She is lovingly remembered by several extended family members and friends. Born in Chatham, Ontario, on August 11, 1949, Lynda was the daughter of Lloyd Satchell and the late Norma Jean Hebblethwaite Satchell. She retired from a fulfilling teaching career with the Lambton Kent District School Board. Lynda had a deep love for animals and enjoyed travelling. She was a devoted sun-seeker and cherished her cats and dogs. The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Valleyview Home and Metcalfe Gardens for their care and compassion. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, St. Thomas, where funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 2:00-3:00 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Animal Aide, St. Thomas.
