John James "Jim" Colautti

John James "Jim" Colautti, of Valleyview Home in St. Thomas, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026, at the age of 82. He was the cherished husband of Sonia (Campagnaro) Colautti and the late Marie Colautti. Jim was a devoted father to Raylene Colautti, Eva Scane (Tom), the late John Colautti, Antoni "Tony" Colautti (Anna), and Dennis Colautti (Abby). He is survived by his brother Peter (late Arlene), his twin sister Judy Farano, and was predeceased by his sister Joanne (Vic). Jim will be lovingly remembered by his six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Born in Windsor on March 19, 1944, he was the son of the late John and Mary Colautti and proudly owned The Flooring and Design Centre. A celebration of life will take place on September 9 at William's Funeral Home, starting with a memorial service by the Port Stanley Lions Club at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 12-1 p.m. Cremation has occurred, and interment of ashes will be at Heavenly Rest Catholic Cemetery in Windsor. Memorial donations may be made to the Port Stanley Lions or the Valleyview Recreation Fund. The family expresses deep gratitude to the staff at Valleyview for their compassionate care.
