JoAnne Cole

JoAnne Christine Cole, of Elgin Manor, passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 84. She was the beloved wife of Arthur Cole, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage. JoAnne was a devoted mother to Kathy, Brenda, William, and the late Grahame Cole. She was predeceased by her sister, Sue Roberts. JoAnne is lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Born in Vancouver, BC, on December 25, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Jack Grahame and Christine (Garvin) Grahame. The family extends special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Elgin Manor for their compassionate care. A celebration of JoAnne's life will take place at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas, on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Cremation has occurred, and memorial donations may be made to the Elgin Manor Recreation Fund or the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners - Elgin Office.
