Franz "Frank Jr." Fischtner

Franz 'Frank Jr.' Fischtner passed away at his residence in Talbotville on July 28, 2026, at the age of 71. He was the beloved son of the late Frank Fischtner and Olga Fischtner, and loving brother of Thomas, Robert, Marianne Fischtner, Patricia Hewitt, and the late Anton 'Tony' Fischtner. Frank is also remembered by his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Born on February 2, 1955, in Linz, Austria, Frank was a dedicated Maple Leafs fan. A celebration of his life will be held at Williams Funeral Home in St. Thomas on July 31, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation in his memory.
