Donna (nee Wright) STEIP

Donna Steip (nee Wright), of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on August 31, 2026, at the age of 83. She was the beloved mother of Allan Steip (Kirstie), Peter Steip (Sherri), and the late Jeffery Steip. Donna is survived by her dear sister Joanne Thomas, Betty Lawrence, Paul Wright, Connie Wright-Stewart, and was predeceased by her sister Barbara Gilbert. She will be lovingly remembered by her three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Born in Wiarton, Ontario, on November 20, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Audrey (Heath) Wright and retired from Kettle Creek Canvas Co. in Port Stanley. A Memorial Service will be held at Williams Funeral Home on September 12, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., with visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place, and memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
