Viola Georgette Zivny

Viola Georgette Zivny, a resident of Sudbury, Ontario, passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 87. She was born on December 30, 1938. Viola was predeceased by her son David St. Marseille, her parents George and Idola (Brunet) Papin, and her siblings Rudy Papin and Marie Woit, as well as several extended family members. She is survived by her children Rechel Regimbal, Gail Brazeau (late Mike), Barbara McMahon (Randy), Brenda Perron (Denis), Wayne St. Marseille (Carole), Sheila St. Marseille and Tammy Zivny, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation took place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 4605 Michelle Drive, Hanmer, ON. A memorial service was held at the same location on that day from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Maison McCulloch Hospice were requested.
