She is survived by her children, Robert and Kloe VanEmbden; her parents, Suzanne Pitre (Raymond) and Roger Toupin (Dawn); her brother, Jason Toupin; her stepsisters, Julie Rodriguez, Melanie Pitre and Celine Pitre; and her nieces and nephews, Chanelle Giroux, Isabel Rodriguez, Andrea Pitre, Caleb Giroux and Miguel Rodriguez, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers. The family requests that donations be directed to a trust fund for Robert and Kloe via their GoFundMe page.
