The family announces the passing of Leigh MacEwan of Sudbury, Ontario on October 14, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on September 7, 1947, Leigh was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Brent. Leigh is survived by her daughters, Karyn MacEwan (Dan Sirois) and Sandi Vance (Marc); her grandchildren, Brandon Vance (Sam), Alex Sirois (Joe Fyfe), Emileigh Sirois (Austin Bouchard), and Tori Vance (Max Whitehead); and her great-grandchildren, Sophia, Easton, Christian, and Haven. Donations in Leigh's memory to St Joseph's Foundation of Sudbury would be gratefully appreciated.
