Jason Thomas Hawes of Sudbury, Ontario, born on July 16, 1980, passed away on September 23, 2026. He is survived by his mother, Brenda Hawes, and a host of uncles, including Dan (Diane), Brian (Carole), David (Louise), Gary (Carol), and Tom. Jason is also remembered by his many cousins: Terry (Tracy), Meaghan (Brandon), Kelly (Andre), Vicky (Kyle), Scott (Kayla), Kory (Amanda), Calvin (Breanna), Curtis (Tatum), Caleb (Anyssa), Jamie, Tiffany (Steven), Carlie Joey (Steven), Alannah, Matthew, Holly, and Zack. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM, followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, both at St. Kevin's Church, located at 4610 St Therese St, Val Therese, ON P3P 1S4. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fondation de la Maison de Soins Palliatifs de Sudbury Hospice Foundation or the Northern Cancer Fund (Health Sciences North Foundation) through the provided links.
