Inge Mergard, a resident of Sudbury, Ontario, passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on May 31, 1946, Inge is remembered for the deep connections she forged throughout her life. She is predeceased by her former spouse Hans-Heinrich Mergard, her parents Ernst and Ottilie Lindtner, and her brother Peter Lindtner (Monika). Inge is survived by her children, Tanja Mergard and Christian Mergard, her grandson Jack, her spouse Wilfried Meyer (late Renate), and her close friend Dawn, along with her cousins. The family kindly requests that donations be made to Parkinson Canada Inc. in her memory. Inge's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
