Ellen Barbara Blasutti

Ellen Barbara Blasutti was born on August 21, 1932, and died on August 18, 2026, at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her parents, Arvi and Irene Koskela (Suomu), and by her sisters Arlene Hughson (late Don) and Gloria Sigouin (late John). She is survived by her husband, Bruno Blasutti; her children Donald Blasutti (late Bonnie), Donna-Lynn Freeland (Kevin), Susan Livingstone (Allan) and Darren Blasutti; her grandchildren Derek (Sabrina), Melissa (Daryl), Lauren (Robert), Megan (Dillon), Andrea (Kyle), Dean and Patrick; her great‑grandchildren Rayne, Adeline, Norah, George, Paige, Bennett, Mackenzie, Oliver and Ivy; and her sister Sandra Mantha (late Raymond). Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Church, 591 Brennan Road, Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Memorial donations may be made to the Elgin Street Mission or the Maison McCulloch Hospice.
