Elizabeth Ann Holson

Elizabeth Ann Holson of Sudbury, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 99. Born on January 20, 1927, Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Stanley, and her children: Bruce (Karin), David (Sally), Hewie (Debbie), Michael, Nancy, Janet, and Jennifer (Randy). She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren Elisha, Maya, Peter, Mathew, Amanda, Crystal, Christine, Arabella, Emma, Rylan, Austin, Preston, Bryson, Hudson, and Logan. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Holy Redeemer Church, located at 1887 Bancroft Dr, Greater Sudbury, ON P3B1S7. Following the service, a memorial gathering will be held at the same location. In loving memory, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a local food bank or to the Adult Program at the Alzheimer's Society, honoring Betty's belief that no one should ever go hungry.
