Denise Tessier

Denise Tessier of Sudbury, Ontario, passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 80. She was born on September 19, 1945. Denise is survived by her children Suzanne Trudel, Monique Gareau and Arthur Tessier; her grandchildren Sylvain Lefebvre, Patrick Lefebvre, Christine Weiman, David Gareau, Melissa Tessier and Sophia Tessier; and her great‑grandchildren Camille, Yannick, Martine, Jasmine, Easton, Bradley, Theo and Jaxson. Additional survivors include her friend Claude Vaillancourt, sisters Jeanine Fortin and Hélène Lacelle, and siblings‑in‑law Marie‑Rose Tessier and Roland Tessier, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Eugène and Blanche Lacelle, her husband Hyacinthe Tessier, and her siblings Omer, Albert, Roger, Ronald, Jeanne Abernot, Ida Ross and Rita, each of whom had previously lost their spouses. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Coopérative funéraire / Cooperative Funeral Home.
