Claudette Dubblestyne

The family of Claudette Dubblestyne of Sudbury, Ontario, announces her passing on August 25, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on November 26, 1937, Claudette is fondly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was predeceased by her husband, Hank Dubblestyne, as well as her grandchildren, Beth, Amelia, Julian, David, and Gigi, and her great-grandchildren, Ben, Piper, Henry, Sophie, Anna, and Zack. Claudette was also preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Lucille Laporte, and her brother, Roland. She is survived by her children, Gary Lefebvre (Debbie), Lynn Witkowski (Mike), and Louise Bidin, along with her brother, Bernie Laporte, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Hope Church, with donations to the Alzheimer's Society – Sudbury/Manitoulin appreciated.
