Claire Rivard

Claire Rivard passed away in Sudbury, Ontario, on September 22, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on June 13, 1953, she is fondly remembered by her family and friends. Claire was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Lilliane Marois, as well as her siblings, Lucien, Linda, Patricia, and Joanne Marois. She is survived by her children, Michel Rivard (Ghilaine), Daniel Rivard, and Melanie Rivard, along with her grandchildren, Éric Poulin, Braeden Rivard, Gabrielle Poulin, and Lily-Anne Rivard. Claire is also survived by her siblings, Jeannine Labelle (late Frank), Diane Lanteigne (John), Ron Marois, Raymond Marois (Kim), and Claudette Loisette, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Health Sciences North-Cancer Fund, either by cheque or online.
