Carmen Gauvreau-Grandbois of Sudbury, Ontario, died on August 14, 2026, at the age of 81. She was born on June 30, 1945. Carmen was predeceased by her parents, Aurèle and Marie Boucher, her husband Jean-Paul "JP" Grandbois, and her sister Denise Boucher. She is survived by her son Stéphane Gauvreau, her stepchildren Marie‑Paule Campeau, Gérard Grandbois, André Grandbois, Robert Grandbois and Daniel Grandbois, as well as her siblings Rémi Boucher, Pauline Waldolf and Viviane Boucher, and her nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the CNIB Sudbury.
