Barbara Clegg

Barbara Clegg, born on April 10, 1947, passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband, Ian Clegg, and her daughters, Jennifer Carriere (Mike) and Christine Thomson (Chad). Barbara was a loving grandmother to Derek Farmer (Stephanie) and Hannah Thomson (Grant Ball), and a proud great-grandmother to Jaxson and Jaelyn Farmer. She is also survived by her brothers, Ted Beynon (late Rae) and Ken Beynon (Connie). Barbara was predeceased by her grandson, Alex Thomson, and her parents, Kenneth and Winnifred Beynon. Visitation took place on August 29, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maison McCulloch Hospice or the Fondation de la Maison de Soins Palliatifs de Sudbury Hospice Foundation.
