Larry Parsons

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Parsons of Stratford, Ontario, who departed this life on September 9, 2026, at the age of 86. Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Ann, and their children, Michelle Purdy (Sean), Paul Parsons (Shelley), and Heather Sacco (Tony). He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Sam, Thomas (Ayla), Finley, Natalie, and Julia (Ben). Larry is also survived by his sister, Jean Borghesan, and numerous loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Helen Parsons, and his parents-in-law, Stewart and Margaret Buck, along with his siblings and siblings-in-law. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Woodland Towers, 639 W Gore St, Stratford, ON N5A7N2. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stratford General Hospital Foundation, the Alzheimer Society, or a charity of your choice through W.G. Young Funeral Home.
